Hi all! I am a new player but, I'm a graphic designer and what better way to make some money on torn than doing something I know how to do best. Depending on what you want will define how much. If you want me to make you something post with what you want, and maybe a reference image or two.
heres a link to my mini portfolio: wanderingrenders.tumblr.com
its small but i'll be adding work to it as i go i promise, if you want to see if i can do something specific, message me and ill let you know!~
If you dont want to post below feel free to message me personally!
but i dont know how because I'm pretty lame and dumb and there is just so much going on here, I'm still trying to delete useless info in my brain, to make room for all this!
SO how do I buy a bazar/what do I need to do in order to do so!!
Firstly, I will be adding to the portfolio, aforementioned.
Secondly, I forgot to post work, I was excited, it happens. Also I didn't want to put my real website on here, that seemed a bit too personal. All the work on my mini portfolio is current, but a quick bit about me overall: I enjoy designing, and dabbling with illustrations. I work mostly with motion graphics but I prefer design. I am still in school but its my last year.
Thirdly the matter of uploading work: I only asked because this is Torn. I wouldnt expect anyone to trade emails with me, and I would never assume everyone has access to google drive/dropbox. I was unsure about what to do, I am a new player, and new to this specifically. Thats why I asked. I've also never heard of postimg.org ever in my life so theres that too. I'm happy to of learned of something new and easily accessible for image sharing so thank you.
Fourthly (?), the image he has posted is based directly off of his post here. He gave me nothing to go on. When I sent him it, he replied saying it wasn't up to par and that was it. He never once explained why. When I asked for critique/revisions he ignored me.
NOTE: WE NEVER discussed an overall price. Nor did I get paid for the image above. He lost nothing and is still upset over?? I'm not really quite sure what because I have been nothing but polite to this person.
Moreover: GOING FORWARD, I would never charge someone for work they don't like, I won't put a bounty out on your head if you don't pay me either. This not my professional life this is just for funs and I believe art is a wonderful way to make people happy. That being said, I will always be up front about prices after an chat, or mock up. The subject does say CUSTOM pieces however, to make people the happiest I will ask that you have something in mind, and if your not sure and you know you want something lets chat, we can figure out a direction you are happy with. I am a nice person I promise!! But I am not a mind reader so I would love to make you some art, but I can't if you don't talk to me. If you want simple, detailed, a certain font, picture, theme, style, let me know. Lets chat! :)
Thank you all for your time and I hope you all have a great day!
Ill gladly link you guys to some work, i just have no idea how to post them here with out linking, all of my work is directly related to me as a real person and thats a lot of personal information to give out. I guess ill just post them to a tumblr and link you all there.....hmmm...
