Is Proxima's assertion correct that there is no compensation for a false positive? If so, then I agree that it's too simplistic and overly harsh. If not already considered, faction deposits should be checked as well as withdrawals.
In real life, my bank sends me a text to confirm if there's anything suspicious. I'd suggest Torn does something similar before auto-fedding. However, if the auto-fed continues then some form of compensation is needed - at the very least a public apology.

it’s a good compromise for circuits like Mudpit or Parkland. It goes lpretty well on tarmac and isn’t bad on cornering.

Doesn't the rate at which items are spawned depend on how many merits they've spent on awareness?
My awareness isn't high and I feel lucky if I see one or two items a week.
