I think a fun perk of having max-level graffiti crime would be the ability to spray can weapons, armor, and whatever else and have it just be an extra customization/way to make some money from that crime. Really just adding a tint over an item's image would even be something. It would also give another use to spray cans.
Recent values have been 25mil-35mil. Hmu with offers if anyone is interested! Don't want to sell over open market incase its worth more/less than I think
