On Saturday, I had a casino pass in my bazaar for $230 mil. A level 1 with 0 days played purchased my casino pass. I reported the player because I suspected fraudulent activity with that account. A member of staff replied and the account was fedded.
The next morning I received the following message, "$25,000,000 has been deducted from your account. Recovery of torn cash obtained via a fraudulent real life transaction - if you wish to have this reviewed please submit a player report on yourself."
I reported a player report on myself and staff clarified that the account that purchased my casino pass used fraudulent real life money. I then asked why $25 million was taken from my account and not the entire $230 million. Staff replied because $25 million was the profit I got from the pass and that amount came from fraudulent real life money and had to be removed from the game.
I understand that the money used used was illegal from that fedded account but why do I, a loyal member of the torn community need to suffer? It makes me really upset because the next day I sold another casino pass for $250 million and made a nice profit. If my casino pass was returned I would have been able to make a profit on it rather than sell it for what I paid. It seems really unfair.
As a subscriber to the game, I feel cheated. I play this game fairly and by the rules but am punished for a choice made by another player. If a staff can get back to me regarding this post I would appreciate it.
