I have a mission to place a bounty on someone, then attack the same person
I didnt pay attention the person I bountied is abroad
So I flew there but I couldnt attack the person
Appearendly you cant attack if someone is inactive for more than 48 hours when abroad

I have tried putting a bounty on someone else and attack the new bountied person, but that didn't work.

Is there a way to still finish this mission?
