What country can you buy combat gear from? If you buy say 23 combat helmets does it just give random figures on protection? So it's possible to get some 64-65 rated equipment?
No I only play torn on mobile. My browser is safari I just thought a big browser like that would of been tested first before release. I know ched said it will be sorted soon Although judging from the past I'm not sure what 'soon' means to him.
Looking to join a faction. Specials don't really matter to much, some sort of steadfast would be nice but I would rather be in a faction with no specials that have good chat, and good banter than one of the better factions. I Want to feel part of a team/family.
I cant offer to much atm, my battle stats are growing quickly though and i can guarantee that anyone with +10 days or younger of my age cant beat me. To start with you want to rent a 4,200 Happy PI and hire all staff (5,000 Happy). Then either start at 0 Energy and take 4 Xanax. Wait for booster and drug cooldown to end then use 5 e dvds and pop an ecstasy. Train and then use a 25 point refill.
Or you can start with 150 energy and use 3 xanax (900 energy). 100 less energy than above but slightly quicker. It works out about 1.5hrs quicker which is why I prefer the method above. Although there's is a higher OD chance. I wouldn't recommend using 3-4 cans to push this method up to 990-1,000 energy because it then means your booster cooldown is then 36-38 hrs per train instead of 30. All in all I would go with option 1.
