As we're still getting our feet under us, pay will (vary slightly depending on the position in question)  be about 50k, but expect an upgrade once we get going

Statwise, I'd prefer between 1k and 4k, but we're still at the point that we'll take anyone. Just don't expect the full 50k until the income starts coming in if you aren't there

25-100k pay a day depending on your stats. Primary goal is to get to 7 stars for Insider Training (150 job points for a free property). Stat requirements are low, we'll take anyone!
