Our faction got boosted when bogie visited us last summer/halloween. he implemented something for sure, we started to get 82% less ODs
ppl had easier to grow their NNB, ALOT less fails on OCs even tho we lowered requirment for each role (around 78%)
i didnt think about level, but something ill keep and eye on now that you mentioned it.
dunno tbh, im grateful for bogie but he deffo did something.

we been using this tool for almost a year now, and we seen what it started as compared to what it is today.

its super easy to get started as well. it took our faction around 1-2 hours before literally everyone was using it.
