Please see this ched or someone who can review how company employees work in game, im sick of having people leave my company with no notice and i suffer because of it and there's no downside from just leaving companies which is extremely frustrating ive spent 900 days trying to hit 10* ive followed all the guides i have all the educations i have half the stocks, but ive never budged passed 7-9* because people just leave surely there is a system you could implement or make possibly negative effects for just leaving someone in the dust
So like just a suggestion can you make a poll for torn and see if people would be interested in a 14 day trial for employees, ive just brought my company that ive been in for over a year and im trying to get it back to its former glory but i keep having multiple employees leave at a time and its impossible to get my pop above 15 % even with prices almost slashed by half, itd be cool so see something that required you to stay in the job for 2 weeks bare minimum to prevent people from immediately leaving and your there struggling. cheers new business man Slum..
Can you guys do something to similar to factions for jobs please, im sick of having people leave with no consequence yet i get demoted stars in my company there needs to be a middle ground people can save points max specials then leave which i think is f**king highly unfair considering i spent months and months of time to hit even 7 * then 3 people leave in a week and all that progress is gone and im back to square one spending another month trying to get back to where i originally was.. there honestly needs to be some kind of punishment or 3 day stand down where you cant apply for another job if you just up and leave real life has consequences and its frustrating losing money and ratings because other people leave and again nothing bad happens to them nor do they lose rankings or money ... its a severe deterrent to the game and makes me not want to put in the hours i do

if you voted 4 somethings wrong with you hahahaha name a war in real time that gave you the option to close off your fight to the outside world LOL, and prevent mercenaries a literal integral part of our way of life that have been around since men could muster each other, and swing weapons if anything make it less appetizing for outside hits make it start costing and arm and a leg for merc groups then it becomes viable. dont remove it completely .
