A potent synthetic Cannabinoid (fake weed) make it so when you take it it can give you a 500 nerve boost and a 50% chance of overdosing and being sent to the hospital so it is balanced.
I think it would be a funny addition to the game as spice is rampant in the UK and typically used in ‘weed’ carts.
