I had a scope on a weapon loaned out from the faction, but then the weapon was unexpectedly stolen from the armory and the scope left with it. I was under the impression that weapon mods were not transferable, are they not?

Is it possible to cancel a property rental?
For example I accidentally rented a property I did not want, and the owner is willing to give a refund. Is there a way to evict a tenant?
