I recently leveled up to 15,and hence,my request for renting out a PI.I am fairly active,and hence,I can pay back a reasonable amount in a reasonable amount of time.If,someone decides to sponsor me for PI,it will be immensely helpful.

Well I don't know about other countries, but in my country, as long as you win, irrespective of age, he/she wins. I mean I have seen kids of 12-13 gamble and win so yeah that's pretty normal here. Because here, there's always a way to override any rule if you are willing to pay a sum, like underage driving, drinking, and other club memberships, everything can be acquired/enjoyed if you have the luxury of money.

In my opinion, everyone deserves a fair chance to win the pot because that's the sole point of the thrill of gambling. Yes, newbies, most of the time have no idea how to spend the money or they end up leaving the game but that's another story completely. Just like in real world, if you win a good sum, you may end up spending it carelessly as well but that's not the point.

And as for like how do folks become a millionaire after a day or two, there are two plausible explanations:

1)They bought tons of Donator Packs and sold them, in other words, pay to win strategy

2)They exploited some hidden glitches(Just a wild guess)

I don't have much knowledge about torn but I have played literally almost every MMO from MMORPGs to MMORTS to MOBAs, and pay to win playstyle exists in every genre of the gaming industry, except MOBAs where skills are all that matter. That's how the whole online gaming industry works via subscription systems plus micropayments plus pay to win elements.
