I've been going to UAE for a few weeks now to buy Tribulus Omanense for a while now, as they seem to be the item with the most profit margin (6k for one that sells for 90k). Wondering if anyone knows of any other overseas items that have a greater profit margin?

I'm in a faction war and a low level placed bounties on me and other faction members. I had 2 bounties of 75k each placed on me, and they do not seem to be going away. If I go to the bounties page my number of bounties will stay the same even after being hospitalized 5+ times. I have no idea what is going on and I'm on max medical cooldown. It's like I have infinite bounties on me.
