Using Sadari on IOS. For a week now I have been unable to access the messages page, it just appears to continuously load. Additionally when I go to City, the two tabs show (map and links), but nothing appears when I try to access either of these.

- the bonus is reduced upon failing a crime (by half for failure, back to zero for critical failure)
If we take the announcement at face value I would say there is no timer.
As further controlled research develops we will be able to gauge whether time is likely a factor.
