The scariest thing that has happened to me was when I was put into a state of sleep paralysis. I was in bed and I felt like I was asleep and awake at the same time (if that makes sense) and out of nowhere a black see-through figure appeared above me and I felt a huge pressure on my chest. I woke up but I couldn't move, yell, or even blink and then the figure disappeared and I immediately sat up and had to catch my breath like I had been holding it the entire time but I know I was breathing
