Well, that's it I guess. Huge thanks to Mr Torn for hosting this event!
I'd wish good luck to everyone, but there would be no point since it's a competition, so instead, I wish good luck to the person with the most As in their name, how 'bout that.
Also, don't even try to predict a pattern. There is no pattern. There is only DOOM.
It's true. The leader was mostly absent, in the last war he told everyone to let the enemy raise their score and then attack them, implying some sort of deal, which we were never made aware of. The co-leader, Lilbig, didn't know either. After that, there was no mention of payments for a full week, after which most of us left the faction. The leader kicked everyone who remained today, and even tried to sell the faction to old members. There is more to the story, like how he switched co-leaders and passed off the pressure and responsibility of payments to the person who took the position, who had no experience in leading, wars, or distributing war profits. It's a strange series of events that boils down to a semi-inactive leader stealing from his own faction and destroying a year of work he and others put in. Really weird story.
Thanks to everyone's help we got the whole list! This is a copy from the previous list, with all the buildings added to create the complete list.

Torn already has a casino, it's (allegedly) fair, it helps against inflation, you can be self banned, and everything is tracked, plus there is no risk or being scammed, and no security risk since there are no shady external sites involved. The issue is the lack of newer games and the casino token limit. If we get Casino 2.0 there might not be a market for external sites at all.
I've visited an external site once, played a bit. I bet 1 single xanax, tried all the games I've seen on videos and didn't want to try using real money, got out with 2 xanax, and never visited again. I'm not at risk of developing a gambling addiction, I try to protect my devices for malice, and the casino I played at seemed to be fair towards players, so my experience was positive. I doubt that's the case for most players though. I'm not convinced banning external casinos to protect players from themselves is the best solution, but I voted yes anyway, because it is a solution.
You can call it dedication instead. I was in the military, training in the mountains, and I still maintained my streak. I know for a fact others graduated from university during this time. Doesn't necessarily mean nothing exciting is going on.
3rd place now, hiring again! I still never replace employees and look for 10k man/end preferably, but I am a little desperate so exceptions can be made
Ink, formerly the best Grocery Store in the game is hiring once again. 10k Manual and Endurance needed. No tax ever, and I can promise that you won't get replaced. Come get some cans!
My 100% biased opinion is that it's a great faction. We have leaders' chat visible for all to see, finances open with every dollar accounted for, we are very big on transparency. During war we have custom scripts made by the leader and guidance from people who have no lives and stay up for days.
I'm the guy who handles finances, and I promise that payouts are quick and fair. The usual time for payouts are 3 hours from the war's end, and we give 10% of the profits to everyone regardless of effort, 80% based on war hits, outside hits, assists, defensive hospitalizations and offensive revives. We also compensate for overdoses during/before the war.
We do real wars, so we demand activity every other week. If you consider yourself very active and eager, feel free to join. We usually accept people who are level 15+, but exceptions can be made.
