Im having the same issue. right after the miami/indiana game started my bet went from upcoming to completed. i would have lost that bet anyway. but i figured it would just get refunded since it never went in the live bet category, and there were two options to bet on that game, figured maybe i chose the wrong one?.
So on the next game the houston/oklahoma game i bet on both to ensure my bet would go live and figured the other would be refunded. but instead of refunded it just gave me a loss when i should have won or been refunded. the other houston/oklahoma bet is still in the live bet category, so im hoping that one pays off the way it should.
