* also I had few days from my old donator pack. (like 3-4 days). They disappeared too. At least I could use them today. * at the end of my subscription month, i received nothing ( such as book or a gift in front of my door)

Okey I have been told to cancel and renew subscription from^Torn Payments By Email.
but issue is where is my this months benefits, and my donator pack days which i had extra next to my subscription. plus mail apologizes from me, I have also lost from today.
