I believe that you should be able to use Meds, Drugs, and Boosters when in another country. It rly messes ppl's flying schedule when u get hospitalized in another country and have to wait for yourself to get out. U shouldn't be able to use faction items, but maybe the items that u bring along. Please vote below if you agree with me or disagree.
