So... I'm not gonna read through all of the posts here, because I'm too inpatience for this and also just finished Stigs first post.
But I am here to confirm some stories on Stigs behalf too.
About me: I was an Former BHG Staff Member too, and also one of the first board of directors members.
I can't say much about the deal being made between AG and Stig about making the bot exclusive, but I want to tackle that
"Stig talked me into things" topic again.
So, back in the day alot of shitty decisions were being made by AG. And people could observe it for themselves even publicly, but just when they were fast enough because AG kept deleting messages that could be used as evidence against him. Which was also the topic of our very last conversations back in december, when I wanted to confront him with all this, but couldn't deliver evidence because everything was deleted already. However...
Back in the day there was a case, where someone entered BHG, or pretty much every Bounty service there was back then. This player wanted to bounty another player with insane amounts of bounties. Up to a point, where 500 bounties were placed at the same time. Maybe not very cost effective, but nothing too unusual if you run a bounty service. However... This person tried talking with the services and get the other person banned to use these services.
As a bounty service you should always stay neutral and not getting involved in things. Doing so is considered unprofessional and also bad for business. And thats why all the other services declined that request, but AG/BHG doesn't. Look, Atomic was very greedy indeed and he didn't even tried to make this a secret. He was just all after money without even thinking about consequences. So he agreed and got this person banned.
I found out about this, because the banned person made a forum post about it and not only about this, but with the overall experience. This person was in the unique position, to got bountied by every service available, so she startedasking around. And as a funny response she made this forum post to compare the each other. In this comparison, BHG ends up being the worst one, because not only were BHG the only one where she got banned, but also it was the place, where she found out, who placed the bounties on her (Which is catasstrophic, because Bounties should always be handled anonymously. This was before the bot was being made, tho).
Anyway... Because I was working at BHG at the time and was concerned about the image of the service being hurt, I kindly messaged the banned person and asked her about what exactly happened. I don't want to go into too much details here, because I want to keep this person anonymously (She's already a big target for some), but I got convincing responses and screenshots as evidence, that this person tried asking AG about what was happening, but AG "doesn't know" "couldn't remember" or "isn't involved in this at all".
All while I, who could read the staff chat, knew, that this was a lie. Because just some hours earlier, AG posted in the staff chat, that this person is blacklisted and that we don't fulfill her orders anymore. I'd wish I could provide screenshots, but as said earlier... AG deletes everything that could be used as evidence against him. Also I don't have access to this channel anymore, because I left in december. Anyway.
I started calling AG out on this behaviour and told him, that this was hurting the business. Stig found out about all this shorty after and agreed with me on this. After alot of discussions AG told us, that he is new to all this stuff, True was the true owner, who disappeared and he had the feeling, that after he "had" to take over, he does everything wrong. In before he talked with True about every decision, but he couldn't do it anymore since he left. Stig then recommended creating the board of directors, which AG agreed in. Not sure, who should even be invited.
As the only active staff back then and probably because I helped calling this out, I was invited in the board of directors. And also another player which I keep anonymously, because he was already inactive at that point and had no deal with the board whatsoever. So in the beginning it was just Stig, Atomic and Me being in the board of directors.
But in the next week, you got already some foreshadowing to what Stig stated already. Ideas from AG were being posted there, which was always just something like "Yea, we should cut the staff payment from 50% to 25%" or "Should we expand in business XY".
And since most of his business ideas at that times were kinda awkward or gave scammy vibes, we recommended him not to do it.
(E.g. His "rent a stock" idea... You give money to someone who can buy stocks for you and you share the BB. Which sounds scammy as hell.)
Anyway. Whatever the outcome of the board of directors was, he did it anyway. So he was just there to get confirmation, but when he doesn't get it, it doesn't matter. So logically, I lost interest in participating there. After a month or so, he bought Bickomads Spy Service. Which was also never dicscussed in the board. So suddenly I woke up in the morning and had a second boss, which was not my boss but a shareholder and also a new board of director member... Ehh... Cool, I guess? Anyway. Bicko was very active. To the point where I wasn't fast enough anymore to "claim" my tickets. And not that I was mad or something, no. Quite the opposite. I was pretty happy, that I had way less work, even if that meant, that I'd earn less. Because as I said earlier. I was the only active staff at this point working there because everyone else got burned out before. So as I saw, that the business could run without me, I decided to take a break. Especially because my girlfriend visited me at the time and I didn't want to sit at my computer the whole time handling tickets. So Atomic messaged and pinged me multiple times, asking me when I come back. I told him, that I didn't know exactly but also, that I'm not entirely gone, but just going slow. Since I'm not in holidays or something. I still sit on my computer from time to time, but just not allways. So when I see there are open tickets, I can still work on them. (Also just to mention, we don't got a fixed pay or something. We only earn money when we actually work on tickets. If we don't do that, we earn nothing. And when I say I do a break for lets say 4 weeks, thats 4 weeks without payment. Which was never a big deal, but kinda leads me to the question, why he even cares about it, when I need a break.)
At some point I woke up. and noticed, that I can't close tickets anymore. That was because I still had the "in break" or whatever it was called at that time-rank. I was wondering because I had that for quite some time, but still could work on tickets, but that was also when I noticed, that I wasn't board of director anymore. I asked AG why he removed my title without noticing me, and he does, that he always does. He can't remember, he don't know what I'm talking about, I need to provide evidence etc. And at that point I really don't had the patience dealing with all his bullshit I observed for months now. So I told him, that he should stop that and if he thinks, that his staff is really that stupid. After some back and forth he told me, that he removed my rank because I don't participate in the board anymore (Which he also doesn't, lol) and even tried to make it Stigs fault. He send me some screenshots saying, that Stig said, he should removed me.
Well, bad for him, that I was in close-ish contact with Stig at the time, who could provide me the full screenshot and also some explaination behind it. But at that point I really just had it with AG. I was done. There is alot more to the story, I'm not able to tell anymore because I don't remember exactly anymore or couldn't provide any evidence to it. But we argued alot. And at that point, I was just done. That was the moment, that I quit BHG as a staff member. I told AG, that he really just start reflecting on himself, because other staff members were quitting because of him, customers noticed his arrogant attitude too and it was overall just a bad experience dealing with him in any way.
At the end I just have to say, that I'm really really suprised, that he actually considered Stig his friend, because he made it clear multiple times, that this is business and the only reason he was helping him was, because he noticed what a train crash this service was from the inside, so he tried helping AG, who said by himself, that he doesn't fit in the owner position, because he had no idea at all, what he was doing. Which I hardly agree on.
