Of all the reasons to break my self-imposed rule to stay out of the forums, this has to be the worst.
Top 20 chain hitter here eh? Well, I guess we photoshopped this one too? (Hint: You're not quite top 20)
You came to guest for a war, didn't follow rules, refused to join tornstats or discord, which I let slide, as you were only guesting. I gave you armory access to stack even though your refusal to follow rules should've been met with the door. You made $27.8m for your 24 hits.
After the war, you stuck around to help with our 25k chain and started talking about how you now had two factions to call home. You made the minimum amount of hits, then declared you were done and were "training your e off".
4 days after the chain, after multiple complaints to leadership by other members, you got the, well-deserved, boot.
So, yes if that makes us arrogant, then I guess we're just a bunch of arrogant, Toxic, people. I'm not sure how we'll manage to live with ourselves, but something tells me, we'll manage.
I could write up a Frenzy26-type poker post, 36 hour video and all, on him, but the short (believe it or not) version from his time (Feb-March 2024) here would be:
- Restarting a feud between a rival advertiser after we brokered a truce (all three of the rivals are perma-fedded now, so it was a good bunch)
- Being a "womanizer" (we looked into it, and the alleged accuser seemed quite confused about our questions about it)
- Picking on a small faction for his own amusement, then playing the victim when he got caught and called out.
- Attacking a fellow faction member who he didn't like, refusing to stop, and getting kicked for it
- Quitting my company without notice, accusing me of, among other things, "trying to get rid of him".
Our direct interactions ended there, apart from his random (attempted) attacks over the next 2 years.
He did recently pop up on our sister faction's radar, after they unknowingly let a friend of his in, and that dude leaked chats to Hester, but that didn't last long, and the person was kicked. (Dave didn't like that)
There are some other things, that aren't exactly fit for a public forum, as they pertain to current players, so I'll keep that to myself. But let's just say he was.... unsavoury
The sheer amount of stories, and rumours, and crap that he pulled... I imagine we could start a support group just to drink coffee and tell stories of his idiocy.
Truer words have never been spoken, but not in the way you think.
Not to get too far into his personal life, but the dude has been dealt a rotten hand as far as his personal life goes. While I really don't condone what he said, I can't help but wonder if he did it on purpose. He was talking about quitting not too long ago.
Also, not that it makes anything he said any better, but he most definitely wasn't going anywhere near any event, Torn or otherwise.
One of those "there but by the grace of God, go I" type situations...
Am I understanding correctly that you're collecting a list of whomever hits these people you're putting unofficial bounties on?
And, if Zerzak apologizes, then that list is null and void and nobody gets paid?
Also, if would be much easier to comprehend what's going on, and couldn't hurt your case, to show screenshots of these chats, not just what we're to assume, are copy/pastes.
Lastly bud, you need to cool your jets a little, you're sounding a bit unhinged and giving the rest of us a bad name.
I'm the proud(?) owner of a 52% (now 35%), a 39% (now 27), a 33% (now 23%) a 29% (now 21%) and a 23% (now 17%) puncture.
While I may be hitting the odd person in assault or orange+ armor, most of my peeps who are using my loaners from the armory, are not, and are now getting shafted.
30-33% reductions on high end weapons seems excessive.
While useful for a minority of players, the change punishes the vast majority who are still who are still worrying about beating their combat armor-wearing opponents. My first RW weapon was tmy 23% puncture Tar-21, then my 33% AK47 (shoutout FishyFox for both) that I bought long before I was able to afford RW armor.
Sometimes I want 5 punctures in a row against that 9500 day old, 50Q def mission target wearing nothing but leather armor and a tutu. I'm not always going to be hitting a dude with riot or assault, let alone borrowed EOD...
From what I can see this is the first RW bonus that is now predominantly geared towards RW armor, and I can't say I'm overly enthused with how things landed. This seems like 2 steps forward, 1.5 steps back for bigger players, and warp speed backwards for the little guy who finally bought his shiny new toy.
