Yup 100%. Its not worth it although there's a chance that you find few rare artifacts that you can exchange for points in the museum. I have collated a list of my best findings in Argentina.

I agree with this, chaining now seems only to attack inactives but I would like it if we can only attack players with a certain level of activity.
