Hi, There are many way to find people.
1st: By using the search bar, just type a simple name, like jack, or whatever, you see a list of result, sometimes more than hundreds.
2nd : You go to the Hall of Fame, and there are 12 categories, and you can click any of them, you see people before and after you in the ranking.
3rd: You go to Hospital and you can see who is there, and also who actually Mug them, attack them etc.
In any case, before you attack someone, just to be sure you can defeat the person. That's why the leveling target that provide by Balrd is very useful. Because Most of them you can actually defeat when you are still new...
