Yes, we need graphics for the faction. In short, what we need is:
Member banner (for personal profiles)
Faction banner (400x100 px and max 150 kb size)
Faction tag (25 x 19 px and max 5kb size)
Preferably abstract stuff with numbers (that has to do with Fibonacci, google it if you don't know what I mean) and a lot of colors.
