I'll get straight to the point.
I've made the difficult decision to close TCstake for now, and the reason is a fairly simple one: I've no longer got the same amount of free time to maintain, update, or really move it forward further than it already is. There have been some major changes in my life, some of them long overdue, which have ultimately shifted my mindset and priorities. I just can't put as much time into this anymore, and I feel like you guys deserve more than just a scrappily-bundled-together update here and there.
I'd also identified that I'd probably need to overhaul my redis and worker systems before any progressive updates, and it's quite a big job that I just do not have the time to sit down and do. So now seems like a good time to bow out from the space for a bit, and clear my head. Also, the cost to maintain the stack has gotten quite expensive, which is never fun.

I've put the site into maintenance mode, and I have pulled the numbers for every single balance (including any pending bets). I'll be sending the xanax over to you all as soon as I've finished writing this post. I will be working my way down from highest balance.

I am really proud of what we all built here. At the time, this site was somewhat the first of its kind, and the community really did come together to push it beyond anything I ever thought it'd achieve. I've made so many new friends that I otherwise might never have met thanks to TCStake, and I don't think that this will be my last venture. I just think it might be my last venture in the gambling scene for a while. For the foreseeable future though, I probably won't push anything substantial out.
Anyone who knows me, knows that I absolutely love pro wrestling. It's a time honoured tradition to "put someone over" when you're on your way out. So I'd like to say to anybody who enjoyed my site, you may also find some enjoyment over at Stakecity
