Alright, where are my math nerds?

Anyone done the Nash analysis for High/low, or made a spreadsheet for determining the optimum strategy? How many games before it reshuffles? I'm assuming played cards are excluded until the reshuffle.

Assuming optimum play, what are the odds of hitting the 25 game streak needed for the merit?
