Hi, the purpose of this thread is to strongly suggest all Staff Members of Torn to look into this issue seriously. The following will show a brief detail on the case and impacts of the issue.
> Case:
Item sent by a faction leader is not updated in reciever's inventory. Evidence provided by the faction leader himself has confirmed that the item transaction was successful but with regrets, the game have failed to provide the sent goods to the supposed receiver.
> Item Description:
Donation Pack x 1
> Casualties caused by the issue:
1. Wasted one Donator Pack / [Sender] Liability
2. Lost points for the faction
3. [Reciever] being misunderstood and accused of Scam & Cheating. Resulting in
- Hospitalization / Mugged.
- Exiled from Faction
- Lost credibility
> Note:
To those in charge, the issue should be looked into with immediate effect to avoid more players to fall victim into such fate. Compensation of loss must be given for affected parties. TQ.
