Hello to all

So i am thinking of making our faction mainly a PA faction.
To do this i just need players that can do PA crimes and 60 or over NNB.
If i can get this right each person that patriciates in the PA crime will get there fair cut of the payout.

So what do you think? Is it possible to run just a PA faction if so would you join ?

I have a budget of about 500m.
Looking for weapons to give me a better advantage in wars. Maybe good enough to take out higher levels than me with my baby stats.
