I've seen tons of suggestions but not quite sure how reasonable they were to implement, but i found this particularly fun, even is just cosmetic and has no relevant impact in-game:

What is one thing you wish you could do over if you restarted the game?

I would probably change the order i took some courses, and definitely chose another starting job.
