I would had guessed that the success rate would be higher with the jail option in the crime compared to Stealth virus. Considering your nnb, intelligence, faction specials, job specials, educations bonuses and crime enchancer. Your success rate ought to be maxed out.

Exactly the wiki is always a good place to start, but sometimes the information is to generic to be really useful and other times the information is super helpful. I feel that crimes 1.x was in many parts left unexplored with the very punishing ce losses and that crimes 2.0 has been around the corner for maybe 10 years now.
Thanks. Its just that the fail rate is so high on the stealth virus (around 25%). Had hoped for another with better success rate, now with the change in ce loss.
Im ok with netting 0 ce gain with a better success rate. Just to gain the merits faster :D Maybe I should just try them out, if I lose my 60 nnb it should not take many safe crimes to get it back I guess.
