I like the idea but I think it should be a long term thing, like bank investments. Buy a dock for your PI, buy a cargo ship for like $500m, hire a captain, pilot, and crew, and send it on 3-6 month voyages. Give it a capacity of like, 250-500 items. Maybe limit how many drug items can be hidden, mostly do flowers and plushies.
There could be merits and honors for them. Like spend 500 energy bull fighting or whatever

With factions and companies having similar logs, it is reasonable to follow up and add logs for property vaults. I don't see why they shouldn't have them. Great idea
