I don't know if anyone else is having this problem, but I CANNOT seem to get past the new help wiki captcha. Either my old eyes are failing me, or it's messed up. Additionally, it REALLY needs to allow zoom or include text/audio options. The accessibility on it is just terrible.

One other solution I could see for this (or at least for the faction bank) might be to allow a daily or single withdrawals limit from the vault above which L/CL would to have to approve the withdrawal.
Alternatively, since player balances are currently tracked, don't allow dispensing above the player's balance without L/CL approval.
At least for the cash transactions, this could be doable. Make the threshold settable at the faction level so that individual factions can have their own levels of control.

Same thing in the other direction on Cardinals-Lions, Cardinals +2.5 is showing as a loss but should have been a win for a game resulting in a tie.
