Together brothers, sisters, non binaries we unite! We will not let our bodies control us. Our willpower to overcome urges that lead to frustration, poor self image, dopamine release will be abolished. Join with me in the no fap army. Break the addiction that haunts your conscious, that dictates your character. We are in control now. You are in control now!
Post your experiences with battling these demons in your mind, the monsters in the closet, the amount of time you've spent rebuilding yourself piece by piece. As we fight pushing forward we see the future us that's finally freed from this damnation, the us that isn't fueled by lustful desires in our future. Our satisfaction of who we are as a person, not sexualizations that control us.
I believe in you, we believe in you. Let's f*cking get after it!
Blasphemy. Any who I have an autoimmune disease that causes inflammation throughout my body when I masturbate even once.
Everyone is affected differently by masturbation, and if someone is not simply compulsive but addicted to something it doesn't mean doing the substance, or activity they are addicted to in small amounts is going to help them from relapsing or avoiding over indulgence. You're not some PHD in psychology and coming in here to break morale of people trying to get help isn't doing anything but harm.
Again if you understand anything about the mechanisms of masturbation and what leads to its addiction. There is a chemical response, a release of dopamine during the masturbation and following a chemical to break it down and the release of serotonin. With so many chemicals being influenced this can cause a form of physical dependence if it's used as a coping mechanism as many actual drugs & substances have been used for. I wouldn't discourage people looking to get help by saying they have no self control.
You could say the same for people with an addiction to drugs or other things that are harmful for their health. Please I beg you try to reconsider your stance about "most nofappers" incorrectly self diagnosing. If someone feels they are addicted to something whether it be impulse control or a rush of chemicals from doing that substance or activity it doesn't make it okay to dismiss these important concerns for their own well being.

Agree. I don't intentionally cover my eyes with my hair, it's just its so long in the front and it looks weird off to the side so I say duck it. Couldn't really care less. I personally dislike having long hair cause it does get in the way of my eyes ;-;
