Sometimes I play

Pretend.

I become,

A wildebeest-

But then-

I remember,

I don’t know that much,

About them-

So-

I stop.

 

I often like

To think,

That

I would make-

A great

Potato.

Then I Imagine,

How I would taste.

I come-

To the conclusion-

That

The answer-

Is probably,

Delicious.

 

I then-

Chomp down-

Upon,

My hand.

But-

When I do.

I can’t focus-

On

The taste,

Or flavor-

Because,

The pain...

 

It’s distracting.
