It looks like there is a script error that prevents the "Torn Image Captcha" from working correctly.
I see this error in the console:
This might be a security improvement from the browsers side. It looks like Chrome and the new Microsoft Edge is giving this.

Yes I cannot get past the Torn image captcha. I can click any of the numbers I dont even get a message that I have selected the wrong number. The "Are you human" checkbox works. Will upload some screenshots later.
