As much as Dv3l is the enemy of alot of people in this game, i have to agree that no matter who it is the same rules must apply.
I have had no real direct dealings with him myself but he does make a point about impersonation. If it was just name I would say there was zero case but the fact he created a faction and named it as such means he is directly copying a notorious character, good or bad.
Can I change my name to anyone if I don't talk to anyone? No because there are inherent advantages because of a name that was made famous by someone else.
D3vl's argument does hold value, however I would like to say that the staff at Torn have a very difficult job to do and so far in my experience are doing a good job and therfore I trust their judgement.
You are not in a position of power I.e.Admin, therefore treated the same as me or anyone else who just plays the game without causing fuss.

Suggestion for next year :
Have two separate juices one for reviving and one for attacking
Love juice for reviving
Hate juice for attacking
And split the number of juices so that it reduces the number of attacking juices overall and still allows reviving and attacking to benefit.
maybe split it 70/30 in favour of attacking so for example there would 7k hate juice and 3k love juice released in the city leading up to Valentine’s Day
thoughts?

The standard war platform is fun but you could introduce a different variation on the typical war, which tends to end in one side or the other being totally overrun and the overwhelmed faction being stuck in hospital/flying for the duration.
How about a "Honor War Race"
The start times etc would stay the same but it is a race to X amount of honour, not just against the opponents but against anyone else.
The two factions would go flat out with attacks and it is first to cross the finish line. Chain bonuses would count in the total
It would make it an interesting change of war type.
Allows the little factions a chance vs the big factions.
I am sure this could be expanded alot but it is 1am and head is hurting.
