Trains: Free( everyone gets one in the same day), If there is a need to train someone for a position, they will get priority till minimum, and regular training resumes.
I do not intend to stop here, and loyal employees that wish to stay with me, will keep growing, and i intend to get better companies, that require better stats. This is a starting ground. Many of my employees started from 100 Stats or less, and they still remain, so there is no fear of being fired.

Hey, i started my Hair salon around a year ago, and i was in the same situation as you. Honestly, you may struggle at higher stars, but in a way of raising more stars, i believe. I also had nothing when i started, and it took around 11 months to get from 0 to 10. I got the company business classes as i kept going, and i got the stocks in the middle as well. Just update the advertisements as you climb, because it might not be worth to have a high advertising at lower stars, and dont forget to update prices as you get classes done/stocks. I left my prices at regular, and just updated them as i got classes( by percentage). Depending on how well you fare, and if you get stocks and whatnot, the climb will be slightly faster, but apart from that, i believe that a hair salon should give you little hassle. Good luck!

Exactly, at first, i was obviously a bit underneath the rest, but with the advertisements and such, you manage to stay afloat, and afterwards, you start getting your things done, and you manage to boom your business. You made that example yourself, as in many of the 10* and 9*, sometimes the difference can be the stocks or classes, but the advertising invested can also play a part on it. When my company was 9*, took me a month or two even with stocks, and full education, and i was making close to the top tier 10*'s. Time also affects your stars, so don't fret if it takes a bit more. If you are patient, you will get the things done, if not, try to invest in something more developed, if you have the money for it. Like i said, it took me 11 months or so, so can take a while, but it all depends on you :)

Looking for a faction, peaceful if possible that has space for proper train times, and some chains every once in a while. While 10% gym bonuses and 10 Travel items are mostly ideal, slightly below can be arranged too.

I think this is one of the only good answers ive seen in 18 pages... It's sad how you guys forget so easily the reason of the topic itself, and just start accusing everyone of everything just to avoid whatever punishment that might happen, if it is to happen. I agree with this dude, he made it presentable, impartial and not a goddamn sh**show like most of you are doing. What you guys did was wrong, bug or not. But it's not my fight to battle, so yea.
