Device: samsung SM-N960U; Android 8.1.0; was suppose to put a bounty on a guy and someone had to claim it but the issue is if that person is a new user and I can't attack that user how can I complete the mission... so I contacted admin HavokGDI with the issue telling me to post in there hoping that the mission can be restarted for me. The person that claimed the bounty was Invitus_ and the stats didn't make sense to me being a higher level with not being in the game for many days either so I'm also a bit confused so I'm hoping if possible to get my bounty money back and being able to redo the mission if someone can help me out that would be great thanks.
