I have recently paid for 6 donator packs via PayPal

The money has been debited from PayPal but haven't been applied to my donator packs in my items, normally this is instant and I haven't had any problems.

I have email payments@torn.com but haven't yet had a reply.

Just wondered if my of you have had this problem and how to resolve it.
