Why isn't there a cool down period between people attacking you constantly? Makes zero sense when you physically cant beat someone 10 levels higher, you cant pay them off because you cant do a single thing in game! Its literal bullying, have cool downs on everything else but attacking? The only limit is there energy, but after being in hospital they're energy is full again

Love it but hate it the same time the 725 shotty is annoyingly op still after the patch, mp5 10mm is my go to though and now pushing for the m13 with .300 rounds

Yep unstealthed I've talked to them, with little effect other than wanting money I dont have, and cant earn in hospital lol, i have to pay a sum i dont have he was happily hitting me and taking my cash when i stopped this they continued to hospitalise me so stuck at square one
