I know i put in suggestion for this a few years ago, but ill try again in the hopes it might come to fruition :)
The Idea is to enable the extraction of blood from other players (obviously this would be reliant on having the IV therapy education complete), this could be done in two ways the first way and the more brutal way would be to knock down players and then be given a fourth option of extract blood this could also have some interesting potential side effects like extending the stay in the hospital or needing to be supplied with blood to get out of hospital. The second way to extract blood from other plays would be through consent and would have the same effect on the player as it does for extracting blood from your self (-30% life).
