The value of the goodwill of a closely held company of that level is considered a Level 3 input valuation and there are only about 100 accountants certified in the United States allowed to value that level of intangible inputs. I highly doubt you paid someone of that caliber for a proper valuation.

I was new also and attacked additional times with long hospital in between, but came here and now understand. I appreciate Wiber taking the time to post this and will do this in the future. I figure the lost attacks is immaterial to the long run and this assists in my understanding greatly.
