I'm in the same boat, was in Hospital for 45 mins before the server went down. I expected to still be in hospital when I came back online as there was nothing I could do to influence it either way.

Wow yeah...I'm not going to go through and point out how incorrect or straight out lies half this is. All anyone needs to do is see how he has been kicked out of two faction and his company over this mess, wife is just about fed up as well. When weighing both sides, anyone who comes across this guy sees that he's irrational, overly emotional, is in the wrong, and not worth the drama of associating with.
Counter offer, come guest chain for us, do something meaningful with a group of awesome individuals. I'll pay you whatever this loser is offering. If you like it, maybe stay - we offer 7% gym gains, 34% reduced drug addiction, and rotating excursion, booster effectiveness, and increased nerve.
In addition we hand out prizes for chaining, have weekly and monthly challenge competitions, as well as an ongoing racing league and faction poker nights

Yes, I made a deal to quit poaching and be respectful. I have not poached anyone from your previous faction and agreed with your wife that I wouldn't bother them again. They're seriously awesome people now that I've got to know them. They blew it off after talking, you know...like rational people do.
Neither have I been disrespectful towards you. For the past few days I've dealt with your bounties without attacking you back or bountying you. I haven't even messaged you about them. It wasn't until you started threatening our chain did I bounty you this morning. I even asked my faction to take you off the enemy list. Many declined though, given how nasty you've been towards them. So I have kept my end of the deal on both points you brought up. It's your turn to keep to your end of the bargain.

No, that one was joking. He was never in our faction, as stated earlier we reached out to two members of his old faction to try to recruit them and that's what this is all over. Bit of an overreaction...
Since then he has tried to scam our noobs and randomly hospitalized new players in our faction as well as sending them harassing DMs to the point I had to mass mail our faction to have everyone block him. 10/10 would avoid interacting with this guy.
