the dude in question is 0 days old, and the very fact that he already has stocks, 3 enemies, and understands the dynamics of TSE has led me to the single conclusion that this fellow is a multi and a scammer.
p.s. : i din't get scammed, but a little experimentation and a visit to his profile confirmed my fears

Please do not state the obvious (posters that do this will have their comments promptly graveyarded). This is clearly a clone of the more popular "looking for a faction" thread with a few upgrades; I added a few more categories of "qualifications"(so to speak) that users can add within a more rigid template (which will hopefully reduce the clutter and off-track answers that were becoming so common on the other thread )

features i'd suggest: ability to search for a faction on the map ability to search for territories which can be filtered by criteria such as vacancy, size, density, respect, racket etc. Item finder etc.
if a script like this already exists, feel free to send a link
so, how about this: the script farms a list of all factions that have territories on the map and makes a list like the one in your demonstration which can then be clicked by the user to focus on the faction's territories

nice d'you think you can smooth out the kinks, maybe do a collob with some other players, and release it to the general TORN public? I'm pretty certain people would pay in-game money for this
