Hi,

Every now and again, Duke will say I need to pay him interest on a loan. Each time, I borrow money off high level Torn friends to pay the complete loan out and not hear from Duke for a couple of months. He's back though saying I need to pay part of $303,000 to him.

I never borrowed money from Duke in the first place. Is this a glitch, or a feature of the game?

Hi,

Every now and again, Duke will say I need to pay him interest on a loan. Each time, I borrow money off high level Torn friends to pay the complete loan out and not hear from Duke for a couple of months. He's back though saying I need to pay part of $303,000 to him.
