If you attack CPU characters that you get from missions, do you get less EXP?

 

I have a CPU that is about 10 levels ahead of me and he is really easy to beat. If I keep on beating him up, do I get the same EXP as attacking normal human players that have higher levels than me?

I just started a bazaar and wondered how item values were determined.

I often find the item in the item market for cheaper than the value so I am a little confused.

I know that you can find items in the city map but do any of you know how long it takes to reset? I found many items a couple days ago but I cannot seem to be able to find any items since.

Any information is appreciated.
