Introduction:
Hello, I have owned this company since the beginning and have poured hard work into this company. I opened this company since I was ripped off from a shell company of a faction. I was able to join and was promised decent pay for activity. They never paid me in short and claimed the energy special was the payment for working their. After numerous complaints and continued asking, and 200 days later, I left the company with over 200 Job points in my pocket.
I used my meager 2 million dollars to open this company and worked hard to maintain it. After a few donations and large deals, I grew it to a 5* company and evidently ran out of funds. I closed the shop (and since me not knowing that I would loose my hard work) I had to restart. After 5 months of hard work and money funneled into the company, I finally have a start up of 50 million, and am working hard to regain my claim as one of the great candle shops of Torn.
For the basis of the name, I participated in a Government class and was able to gain insight to the United States Government and Government Documents. As a proud American I believe that America is the best country in terms of guaranteed freedoms, I don't hold any hate towards anyone that is different in Religion, Race, Nationality, etc. Just a proud patriot as others should be and showing love for my country. I would love anyone to join this company but alas there are those (I have encountered in the beginning) who aim to take advantage of the job system in Torn. I have fired those who have tried to access the vault, not been compliant to simple requests and those who reap benefits while not being active expecting for pay and benefit when AFK for long times. I will be understanding of problems but will be firm when it comes to a rock and a hard place.

Benefits and Bonuses:
- For every person referred, I will pay 20-25k for the referral and will pay 10k each month they stay. The benefits grow with each star
- For each star gained, every employee will receive special items, If you want money I can pay 250k a star and if you need a good weapon, I can pay for it. Just ask and I will try my best to provide.
- Trains are rotational and free, expect a train once every 7-12 days and players who have meager stats will be served first but everyone will receive equally. During the special Train week, Players who stay the longest and people who buy them will be served first for the duration of the week.

Alas This is my least favorite part but it needs to be done. As long as people follow these, there is no need to bring these up.
- I understand that people must move on to better opportunities and all I ask that all employees notify the director prior to leaving. Because I can make a counter offer for employee poachers and or be able to understand the reason of leaving and try to improve it.
- I also ask that employees be active at least once every 2-3 days to maximize benefits for the employees and for the company. If there is a person emergency just PM director ASAP and if you are unable I will follow up.
