The pay structure is 10x highest work stat + 30k per Employee Effectiveness upgrade + 50k for each star we are below 10* (currently at 7*), rounded to the nearest multiple of 250k, to a maximum of 3.5M. Every Sunday, I update wages to account for stat growth, merits, and stars. All of our trains are done rotationally and for free. I don't stress over addiction until around the 4% brain region, but if someone goes offline without warning for more than two days, I do zero their wage until they return.

I suggested at one point to start a company as a Firefighter as there are law firms, detective agencies and so on... as a former volonteer firefighter, I would love to see this become reality.
I do need help (Firefighters are welcome as well) as I'm still fairly new. Could a few people help me get this thing started and maybe once it gets enough ratings the directors or whoever is usually in charge of looking for new suggestion might look into it.

I know it's not mandatory to donate, and I know not everyone starts with 50-100m coming in this group. But I would highly suggest that more of us could donate money to the staff here.
Just a few calculations:
10 Xanax for sub of 1 month is a total of 8.5m (in average... you can find it cheaper by flying)
So far what I've collected is that we are making easily on tips 80-100m if not more profit every day or every 2 days... let's put it as far fetched as we can loll.. at least a 150m per week. (Which I know the average here makes wayyy more money than that!!!).

Hey everyone, so this is by far the safest/best investment you'll ever make.
So I started exactly 6 days ago and made a total of $1,230,167,000inprofitonly and lost a total of $286,171,975!!!! Which is a huge profit for me. In my opinion way safer then Russian Roulette.
I was actually really skeptical in the beginning so I put 5-10m bets and seen that I was making profit very quickly so I bought a 1 month subscription which is only 10 Xanax, than like all good gamblers started to put higher bets and still made a huge amount of profits! Now a admin did message me twice to be careful and strongly suggested me to follow their way of betting. For example on the 17.03.23 game, this tip came up:

So they suggested to bet on Shanghai, 1.5% your total betting budget, so If you have a budget of 100m, you would be betting 1.5m on that tip. (Which I obviously didn't follow so I could've lost less then 286m if I did...
Because those guys work very hard at analyzing different teams and first of all actually love the sports but aren't magicians or fortune tellers so they can't predict 100% the outcome.... but I would think they have more so the passion of the game.
