As the leader who performed the kick, I stand by it. I will not tolerate a freeloader and leech to coast along when we have hard working members doing their best to improve. As for the mug? That is regrettable. As for sending the cash. Yes, I jumped the gun and it shouldn't have been handled that way. He will be reimbursed for what was lost.

Seriously though, I don't see PT cheaping out by charging members a withdrawal fee. Everyone is targeting Xanty but unless things have DRASTICALLY changed he's not the "end all be all" of PT and the other leaders wouldn't let that stand. Good luck with the karma farm though. Seems like you might have fooled a few people so good job there.
On mobile if you tap the Stakeout button fast enough it's possible to skip a failure. You do lose your streak but it doesn't lock that location out for further actions.

For smaller companies like mine with newer players that aren't super druggie and are active the merits won't really change anything.
For my candleshop I'm telling them not to worry. My lowest effectiveness at 131 at 1day inactive.
I did recommend the addiction tree however if they felt the need to add merits to it as it would benefit them more than the effectiveness.

If the employees are serious about their employment, which will typically be the ones in companies like TV/logistics/oil/etc I think it'll be easy to find employees that put the merits in for it. Which isn't a bad thing because those companies are probably the hardest to be penalized for efficiency decreases. It'd be interesting to see what the highest logistics global price could be with all employees having their merits.
Employee effectiveness merits aren't going to have a benefit for Directors until a system that adds something to do with director work stats is applied. I myself added a few points to test it until I read "company you work for". Gonna be a lemon burger for Directors.
