Three times I've tried to buy Xanax from item market. I pay for it, but I don't receive it. How can this happen? I'm still a fairly new player, so I don't know if it's a glitch, or a crime that the seller is able to commit.

I didn't receive new tokens for casino today and the Christmas Town tents are telling me to come back tomorrow because I already received my reward for the day, but it was the first time I had entered any of them today.
